Customer Care Centre

The Customer Care Centre is a dedicated team accountable for providing the day to day NTIII customer service activities including:

  • Single point of contact for all Networking Tasmania customers
  • Managing changes, including new installations, cancellations, changes to new and
    existing products, including physical relocations
  • Any configuration and change requests
  • Reporting of faults, including performance issues
  • Billing enquiries

The Customer Care Centre is located in Hobart, Tasmania.
